Purchasing Policy
Due to increased credit card fraud, the shipping and billing address for non-FFL orders must match for credit card payments.
Additionally, we may reach out to you to confirm orders. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we are trying to protect consumers from fraud.
Firearms Purchasing Process
Only two things are required to complete a firearms online purchase.
- Payment to Full F’ing Auto
- A copy of a Federal Firearms License (FFL) from your local gun dealer
Once your order is submitted, have your FFL dealer email us at sales@fullfingauto.com a copy of their Federal Firearms License along with your full name and order number. Please have this done as soon as possible to avoid and shipping delays.
Firearms Compliance
Customers are responsible for verifying that the firearm you order is legal in your state of residence as well as verifying that they are of legal age to purchase said firearms.
If the firearm has been shipped to a state where the gun is NOT LEGAL, the customer will be charged for the return shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee.

Cancellation and Return Policy
Returns or exchanges of items are allowed provided that they are unopened, in new condition, in their original packaging, and returned within 15 days of delivery.
Cancellations:
Proper notice must be given within 24 hours from when the order is placed in order to process a cancellation. If an order is cancelled within 24 hours, no cancellation fee will be applied to the refund. If the notice is given after the 24 hours, a 10% cancellation fee will be charged. If an order is cancelled due to shipping delays but within Full F’ing Auto’s advertised processing times from when the order was placed, a 10% cancellation fee will be charged.
Returns:
To return a qualifying product for a full refund or to exchange an item, you must contact us first by emailing us at sales@fullfingauto.com. Upon approval we will issue you a RMA number.
Upon receipt of your product, we will issue you a refund using the same payment method you initially used for your purchase. Please allow up to 4 weeks to receive your refund. If the item is unused and unopened there will be no restocking fee applied. If the item has been opened or used, if we decide to take it back, a 20% restocking fee will be applied. If an error was made and the wrong product was shipped, there will be no restocking fee.
Firearms Returns:
Firearms are shipped to the FFL (gun shop or gun dealer with a Federal Firearms License) of your choice.
If you have not yet taken possession of your firearm from the dealer, it may be returned to us for a partial refund minus the shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee.
Please carefully inspect the item while it is still in your FFL’s possession. If you would like to return it, do not take possession of it (Do not fill out the 4473).
Contact us right away, and we will initiate the return process.
Once you take possession of the firearm from the FFL, it will not be eligible to be returned.
Shipping & Processing FAQs
Processing Times:
All orders will be shipped within 5 to 7 business days. Most of the time, it will take 1 to 2 business days to ship.
Business days are Monday through Friday, not including national holidays, and the day the package was picked up on.
For firearms the processing time starts upon receival of the Federal Firearms License of your choosing.
If an order item is changed (item, FFL, payment method), the order processing will be delayed 5-7 business days.
Shipping Rates:
Continental US:
Shipping for parts/accessories (non-FFL) items will ship by customers choice of either FedEx 2Day Flat Rate for $30 or USPS Priority at $15.00 CONUS
Handguns will ship FedEx 2Day at $35.00 CONUS.
Rifles will ship FedEx Ground/Home Delivery at $45.00 CONUS.
Alaska:
Shipping for parts/accessories (non-FFL) items will ship by customers choice of either FedEx 2Day Flat Rate for $45.00 or USPS Priority at $25.00 CONUS.
Handguns will ship FedEx 2Day at $45.00 CONUS.
Rifles will ship FedEx Ground/Home Delivery at $150.00 CONUS.
Insurance:
$100 insurance is included in each shipment. Additional shipping insurance is available for purchase during checkout.
