Cancellation and Return Policy
Returns or exchanges of items are allowed provided that they are unopened, in new condition, in their original packaging, and returned within 15 days of delivery.
Cancellations:
Proper notice must be given within 24 hours from when the order is placed in order to process a cancellation. If an order is cancelled within 24 hours, no cancellation fee will be applied to the refund. If the notice is given after the 24 hours, a 10% cancellation fee will be charged. If an order is cancelled due to shipping delays but within Full F’ing Auto’s advertised processing times from when the order was placed, a 10% cancellation fee will be charged.
Returns:
To return a qualifying product for a full refund or to exchange an item, you must contact us first by emailing us at sales@fullfingauto.com. Upon approval we will issue you a RMA number.
Upon receipt of your product, we will issue you a refund using the same payment method you initially used for your purchase. Please allow up to 4 weeks to receive your refund. If the item is unused and unopened there will be no restocking fee applied. If the item has been opened or used, if we decide to take it back, a 20% restocking fee will be applied. If an error was made and the wrong product was shipped, there will be no restocking fee.
Firearms Returns:
Firearms are shipped to the FFL (gun shop or gun dealer with a Federal Firearms License) of your choice.
If you have not yet taken possession of your firearm from the dealer, it may be returned to us for a partial refund minus the shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee.
Please carefully inspect the item while it is still in your FFL’s possession. If you would like to return it, do not take possession of it (Do not fill out the 4473).
Contact us right away, and we will initiate the return process.
Once you take possession of the firearm from the FFL, it will not be eligible to be returned.
